Mediterraneo Residence

The Mediterraneo Service flats have been recently built up. They all belong to one building located next to one of the most beautiful beaches of the country, on a scenic terrace at 80 metres from the sea side.

They are provided with a parking lot, a garden with children playground and barbecue, and a room for events.

Each flat is made up of a bedroom with a double bed, a drawing room with two single beds, a bathroom provided with a washbasin, a toilet bowl, a bidet, and a shower stall, and a scenic veranda and a kitchenette (sheltered in Winter). Every flat has also a colour TV-set, a direct dial phone, a 4-ring burner, kitchenware, and kitchen equipment, an oven, a fridge, and a washing machine.

The total flat surface is equal to 38 sqm including the veranda.
